About the calculator
This calculator will give you some baseline figures to start with, which you can then tweak to suit your machine. There are many factors that can affect the settings used, for example, materials from different suppliers, environmental factors and the age of your laser tube.
Your final cutting or engraving parameter may differ but this easy to use tool will get you most of the way there.
We cover laser tubes rated at 40W, 60W, 80W, 120W and 150W(these being the most popular with our own customer base).
